Currently, no user registration is required on our website. To hire our services, users must contact us through our contact forms, email, or other official communication channels provided by Pou Technologies.
All service contracts have a minimum duration of one (1) year. Payments are agreed upon with the client and may be monthly or annual depending on the service. If the service is not renewed, the domain name managed by Pou Technologies will be released at the end of the contract.
As our services are personalized, no refunds will be provided for early cancellation. Clients may cancel at any time, but the service will remain active until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be issued for unused time.
We only collect personal information when a client contracts our services. This may include name, email, phone number, address, and project-related data. This information is used solely for operational purposes and direct communication.
We use Google Analytics on our website to collect anonymous usage data for statistical and improvement purposes. This data does not personally identify visitors.
All content created by Pou Technologies for its clients (websites, graphics, text, campaigns) becomes the property of the client once full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed. Pou Technologies reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
